Appalling Service

Hi,

Called the contact center for a settlement quote on my loan account. They transfer you from South Africa to Zimbabwe than to America and back to Egypt. The agent from collections by the name Lonwabo Dondolo has no customer service skills at all, instead of trying to assist ge decided to argue with me and speaking over me and I still don't have the quote.

Capitec Bank is like a ****a shop and not a bank!
