Appalling Customer Experience

I visited my Capitec Bank branch on Sa****ay 18 June 2016,to deposit funds into my account. I had forgotten my card at home, but I was pleased to hear that I could still be assisted by presenting my Identity book. I was helped by Nonjongo, who seemed like she was not happy to help me at all. She made me feel like a burden, and she was not friendly at all. She did not greet, she did not thank me for visiting, and she literally threw my ID book to me once she had captured the neccessary details on her side. Her service was a disgrace to the company. That was the first bad encouter I had experienced with Capitec Bank. Nonjongo needs to be trained again on Customer Obsession and what Customer Service is. They are many people who are dying for a chance to be employed, and do a fantastic job at it. Her job performance and role needs to be evalauated. I am exteremly dissatisfied and disgusted by the way I was treated as a paying customer.
