Appalling capitec

If you want a bank that gives you misinformation (lies) and steel your money - RUSH off to capitec and open an account , they make it very easy. In July 20 I was retrenched , went into Capitec in Middleburg, asking specifically for a normal savings plus a 32 day deposit acc. no problem I was informed I could open a 32 day deposit acc on line, which was not the case. then went to Balair's branch (now closed) asking for assistance, ONCE AGAIN SPECIFYING A 32 DAY DEPOSIT ACC. Very pleasant gentleman assisted me to open the 32 day account???stating he had blocked it, but that it could unblocked for an admin fee at anytime. he he was I duped. December is here, another visit capitec, this time Northgate! Again very pleasant and helpful, I was then informed they could unblocked my fixed savings for ad min fee hehe!!! All my earned interest near R700 admin fee and was informed capitec has no such thing as a 32 day deposit acc. On stating I had been misinformed by both other branches - shoulders were shrugged. So capitec I will be closing the account ASAP!!! do you train your staff to lie in order to sign up new client. Banking Ombudsman next. THE THEIVING BANKING CABAL THRIVING IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!! As if we dont have enough theft from those that rule!!! Just disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!SHAME ON YOU CAPITEC!!!!
