Appalling Call Center Service and their Legal department is something else as well

My account was put on hold for a legal matter and that was resolved within a week yet Capitec still has not unblocked my account and they keep sending me from pillar to post and I need the funds in my account and the is no contact number for their legal department and no one is taking accountability and this is getting ridiculous as I have spoke with a Tshego, Ayanda and now Chantal who have all been useless in the matter. I do want to say a huge thank you to Sithabile Mlaba who has been trying her outmost best from the Branch in Gandhi to assist but then the head office or contact center is useless.
