Appalling Business Banking Service

Absolute apauling service. I will never advise anyone to make use of Capitec Business banking. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to open my current business account and it has been over a month now that I am still trying to get my Forex account sorted. I urgently need someone in a managerial position to contact me. I have to invoice clients abroad and will lose this contract if I cannot pay my supplier.
