Appalled at the threats and harassments

Good Afternoon,

I hope all is well. I have called your institution on numerous occasions stating that I'm unemployed and finding work has been really tough due to covid. You people have been harassing me and I stated that I'm able to make payments of R300 and R200 on my credit card respectfully, but work and money is something I do not have at this present time and I am trying, so this threat is not acceptable at all because if you hand me over and companies do checks I won't be able to find gainful employment and you people won't get your money. But I will be screenshotting this and taking this up with most of the national radio stations to expose most of you institutions doing this to people who are literally struggling. You so quick to send out threats but when there is money in peoples accounts you not worried about what they need it for or where it comes from its deducted and when stated you made arrangements you people get technical stating we as consumers didn't notify you as to what institution (SARS) would be paying us so the money will remain in your hands because you were only made aware of UIF payments.
