APP VS INTERNET BANKING

it is stupid that i cant access internet banking if i cannot confirm it on my app . so If my fone crashed the screen as it is the case now ,I cant log on to internet banking, a lot can happen with the fone , easily ****** or u can loose it or forget it at home , then u cant have acces to your account. as to why they remove "pay capitec client" from cell phone banking options , only capitec knows that. the APP and internet banking need to operate independent from each other , why would i need to log into internet banking if I can access the app, You guys nee to find better security option to verify when we need to use internet banking , It cannot be only the app , u can send sms or email with OTP.
