App updates(Zing pay)

Capitec has been a fast growing bank but some of their app updates have really shown some unnecessary out of the box thinking, some things need to be convenient for your clients and not just unique to capitec. I propose that your tech team re-look at the zing pay scan to log in option as it is in all honesty making it harder to transact.

So now I can only make online payments through zing pay when I have access to a secondary device, 😒 I have never been so frustrated when I have to make some payments as my laptop is currently broken and I cannot scan the barcode on my phone🤦🏽♂️.

This specific upgrade makes it feel as though capitec is moving clients back to the age where we need to go to the branch for some transactions.
