App Problems

I haven’t been able to access my banking app for more than a week now and when I went to the branch this morning they couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. I was simply told to continue trying. I need to pay registration fees to secure my spot at my university and I cannot do that unless the app allows me to pay. If I lose my spot at uni because of Capitec I WILL be escalating the matter. I’ve been a customer for like a month and I’m already having to fight to get things done. Pathetic service, Capitec.
