App, Internet banking = no service

Trying to be far too clever with the new app and delivering poor results. There have been changes to the app over the last few months and my only experience is more system downtime. Currently stuck in a coffee shop unable to check my account, or transfer funds - nothing! Great idea to remove the token-based login...will I be forced to take another selfie in order to access my money???
