App down sitting in the dark, unable to work, thanks assholes!!

Trying to buy electricity for over a hour. Everyone in my house is Capitec bank and our electricity went out at 7am, 3 people works from home online and starts at 7:30am, could not log on and then this **** face Carldon tells me not to raise my voice on the phone??? Seriously every ****en month it's something with Capitec bank regarding the app. It's frustrating and if your job depends you being online you would be frustrated too. Still sitting without electricity and no resolution time. We tried on the USSD and cellphone banking. Every month I must sit and hello Peter you.
