***** apon ***** I feel it's an inside job

I am not happy with my outcome and have emailed the voice....capitec is telling me they will not refund my money that they taking back as it is rightfully not my money due to merchants saying they received authorization to debit foe purchases made in joburg when I was in cape town.......I will not leave it like this..if any1 else is having a problem getting their money back they can add me on WhatsApp as I will be going forward to sue capitec for lack of security...***
