Apalling Forex Service

I have my salary being paid into my account from overseas and I need to have this payment cleared. I am apalled at Capitec’s Forex service! There are 3 numbers to call. Two of them are constantly busy, since Thursdays. It is now Monday! And the third number keeps on ringing. Nobody answers! How am I supposed to feed my family if I cant find someone to clear this payment! I called Client Care and the lady apologized and said they take forever to answer their phones. Apparently this is normal?? I ask you, Capitec...how can you run a business like this!
