Annoyed

Having Capitec as my primary account is yet again an inconvenience for me. The first time I had to fight nail and tooth for my money to be reversed as we did not have any agreement, this time around because of THIER system error, I'm now inconvenienced. When I ask they assist me as I need those funds to get by I'm told they CAN'T help me because it's a lesser amount than the threshold. Well it doesn't matter how much it is, it's my money and you're suppose to get my permission to take out any amount in my account. I'm tired of always having to fight. I've been with Capitec for the longest time and this what I get my loyalty?? Very disappointed and extremely annoyed.
