According to my knowledge I am finished paying my loan account, September I was told there's one month left, now when I call today I am being told I still need to pay and additional amount of R216,18 which will be debited on the 1st of December.I feel I am been ripped of because I am done paying this loan.
I also need a letter to be emailed to me as proof that I finished paying this loan account
