Angry, disappointed customer.

Capitec credit insurance is a ****. I regret the day I took a credit card with them, all they're good at is deducting money but when it's time for them to pay, it's something else. I claimed from insurance after I got retrenched in April, to this day they've only paid +-8 installments of R367.36 that time I've never had and installment of this amount when I was still working. To my surprise, they paid off my former colleagues credit card. I don't know how they work. I'm very angry and frustrated, i don't want anything that has to do with them. They can't even give me a settlement quote, so I can pay this off and close it. I've been sent from pillar to post. I won't even recommend Capitec to friends or family members.
