Angry customer

I am so disgusted with the services received from this bank last month I called to stop a cliental debit order which I did not approve buy the way ,they said I can't stop it and need to call cliental which I did but cliental never cancelled it. Now debit orders for them are going off which I did not authorised how can you own bank not stop this very poor service I am logging the biggest complaint everyone mus leave there bank
