angry client pathetic service

i am disgusted the thw level of service and the pathetic responses from the company ...i made an agreement and even received an agreement in writing and now I've told the agreement is just canceled for no reason without communication where as my new budget is as per the agreement signed and guess what the communication and cutomer service is pathetic they think clients are dumb its their way or no way , its like telling a client the agreement is you can pay 3000 a month than the next day ur instalment is 6000 and they just tell u oh sorry the system canceled the agreement signed i want this sorted and i want to pay the installment we agreed on .
