<p>I had a loan with Capitec Bank loan of R59214 which was paid up on 31 July 2016. When i pulled out my ITC profile on 16 August 2016 i realised this account is still open.I called Capitec Bank customer service and i was told i should go to the branch to close it. I went to Rivonia branch and they called customer service and they said they are gonna send me the paid up letter because its takes 3 months for ITC to update their records. I was shocked to hear this because since i paid African Bank the same day and they updated and closed my account on ITC.Capitec Bank please train your staff to have more information before they say things they are not sure off this is embarrassing.</p> <p><br />Capitec today its the 16 August ,can you please close this account at ITC ASAP i need to buy a car,i cant submit my application with paid up letters this is ridiculous . </p>
