Anele Madaza: Capitec Goodwood Mall - Appalling Behaviour towards staff members

I would just like to express my concerns regarding a staff member Anele Madaza at Capitec Branch Goodwood Mall. I was sitting and was being assisted by another customer representative when I overheard a threathening conversation between Anele and another staff member Craig. He was threathening the staff member and belitlling him infront of his peers and I find that extremely unprofessional. I wanted to approach him since I am the HR of a large corporate firm and knew his behaviour is out of line and would resort to a disciplinary hearing. I want to ask for the Capitec HR to investigate this matter as a customer I feel the level of management employed by Capitec can better itself and that someone like Anele be reprimanded or even facing a hearing regarding his behaviour with his staff infront of clients. Capitec please do surveys and distribute them amongst staff to raise concerns as this is bad for the public image.
