*********** and rude "customer care" staff

I opened an account, now find it impossible to open a credit card, despite having an excellent credit record. I repeatedly am asked for documents already submitted. Their "client care" staff are rude and ***********. The matter is escalated but you receive no response. I am closing the account again, what a waste of time and money
