*********** and Inefficient

Capitec must be one of the most inefficient banks in the Southern Hemisphere! They’ve put a hold on my account and on anyone who has received funds from me. I’ve been getting conflicting responses, which only highlights how many of the staff seem unsure of what they’re doing. Just yesterday, I was told I need to go to the bank to apply for the removal of the stop on my account. Didn’t I already do that when I submitted the affidavit and other documents a week ago? This has been dragging on for weeks now. If you are serious about banking, I suggest FNB, ABSA, or Standard bank because this is a joke.
