**** and ***** by other Capitec users

I transferred money from my capitec to other capitec user, I bought service from this member, the service was not rendered accordingly and there was a guarantee that if I'm not happy with the service , my money will be returned. I was not happy and the capitec user did not refund me. I approached Capitec bank on my whatsap for help to report this matter so that the bank can assist since transfer is from capitec bank to capitec bank, but I was informed that i cannot be assisted and I must go to the app and read about ****s and *****. I am totally disappointed as this is part of promotion for ****, if the bank allow this capitec user to do this it means many more people will be ****med by this capitec user. I provided all proof to the bank assistant. I still need intervention by the bank to resolve this so that the capitec user can pay me my money back. I will follow this up until the capitec bank provide assistance. If your bank cannot assist you who should assist you!!!
