**** and *****!!!!

So disappointed that money was taken from my account by someone who stole my card in Cape Town when I'm in Johannesburg. Capitec Bank refuses to pay me back the amount. First thing I'll do in the morning is changing banks because they say there's no investigation that will be done😭 Utter disrespect!!!! So disgustted at this poor service and horrible bank.
