An unhappy client

I and my partner we are clients at Capitec but e difference is my partner is a foreigner and he was not permitted to get a Loan he was told we dnt give foreigners loan and especially for the 1st time so how does one become a regular client if u have never been given for the 1st time??We both not happy of which we are thinking of moving to other banks that will provide that service for foreigners.
