An enquiry was made on my profile by Capitec without my concern
I have called Capitec and spoke to 8 different people with 15min. Firstly an enquiry was made on my profile by Capitec without my concern I would like to know who did that and WHY!!??
Cause this really frustrating and calling and no one has an answer.
This is URGENT as I have never done any credit or personal loan with Capitec and the query was done at 13:48 24th March 2021 and around that time I just left the branch and was busy on my phone...
