an angry constumer

In 2022 I received R100 from my friend who was owinng me but she sent that money with the other person's account because right after receiving it she called be tellmoney the only thing that was surprising is that after I received that money my account was paused until now my account has been paused it's 2 years now and I receive my social relief fund there I have almost R7000 of my money from social relief fund I want capitec to unpause my account so I can get my money this bank is so unprofessional for just a R100 they pause my account I wish I knew how bad this bank is I would have long stopped using it I am so angry with this bank and it's services its so unreliable and unprofessional
