amount deducted from my account

<p>i wanted to withdraw R24000 and was advices i can withdraw it, with R4000's at ATM. i used a ATM to do it. what happened is that i made my first withdrawal of R4000 was successful and the second one transaction was declined and i tried again after a minute and it went through for another R4000 and for the third attemp it have me the error again of decliened transaction and i decided to use the next ATM and it gave the error again and on the machines i managed to get R8000 in total since i got the error then i went to the mall to continue with my transaction and before i got to the mall, i received an sms that there are funds of R4000 deducted from my account yet their ATM when i was there it gave me the error transaction declined. and i immediately called them to inform them cause that sms came in late. and now they telling me it will take 30days to investigate and someone called me yesterday telling that they wont be depositing y funds in my account and they machines was giving the error of transaction decliened.</p>
