Amazing Service- Maponya Mall Branch

I would like to extend my gratitude to 2 of your staff members in Maponya Mall Branch. Went in to submit a funeral claim, going through a hard time as you can imagine. Tebogo was the first person I came into contact with polite, friendly and I appreciated the empathy from her end, recognizing that I am going through a tough period. Not forgetting the consultant who assisted me. Also very friendly, polite and ensured she is sanitizing through out the conversation. I forgot her name, but she has a unique Venda name i think its starts with MA.. This is how service should look like, this is what we appreciate, when I go to the branch at 4pm I am greeted by people who act like its 8:30am, because that's the kind of service they deliver. I did appreciate this a lot, hence I felt the need to let the company know.
