Amazing Customer Service Received From Capitec Herm**** Manager,Dedre

<p>Today,I visited the Herm**** branch of Capitec branch where the manager herself,named Dedre assisted me.</p> <p> </p> <p>She processed my application,took my finger prints,photo and did my paperwork even when the branch was about to close at 17:00,she stayed behind to finish my application.At 17:30 she was done processing my application and I walked out of the branch a happy customer who will now always be a loyal Capitec customer because of Dedre's service ethic,professionalism and going the extra mile for me,the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>She did not have to complete my application when the store closed,but she did.This is called,service excellence!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Dedre for doing it all with a smile.</p> <p> </p> <p>Capitec Bank Management,please take care of this manager,Dedre at Herm**** Capitec.</p> <p> </p> <p>What an gem,what an assett for Capitec.</p>
