AMAZING customer service!
I am no good at this new technology but one of my desires was to do cell phone banking.So off I went to Capitec Somerset Mall & was directed to a gentleman by the name of Francois Kruger. I informed him straight away that I did not have a cooking clue about cell banking but wanted to try. He was so patient,understanding and took me through it step by step. I made my first transaction today!!!! Yayyyy!! What an amazing young man. I will definitely recommend this cell phone banking to my friends.
