Always a pleasure dealing with Capitec

Today I had to visit Capitec Tyger Valley to get proof of my banking details. The entire visit, from being greeted at the door, to leaving the branch, could not have taken longer than 2 minutes. This same operation would have probably taken at least 20 minutes (if not much longer) at any of the \big four"banks.
