Allowing ******* debit orders
Capitec put through a debit order for the 15th of December from Wesbank without my permission. I already had a debit order for the 25th with Wesbank which I approved on my banking app but another one for the 15th was put through my account without my approval via the debicheck process! Because of Capitec's negligence I have been debited twice by Wesbank for a single car account repayment! I'm now left penniless by a bank that's supposed to take good care of my funds!
