All information be provided not Capitec tell me what Absa bank is seeking rather they send me Absa bank letter

The same answer that the bank phone me of doesn't make any sense cause I was informed to seek court order and I can see it as irresponsible cause the incident happened on the 2 March 2020 and told the matter was escalated to Bank forensics the same day and was told the money transferred was not yet cleared cause was transferred to another bank. After that day the only phone me on the 13 March and I miss the call so I make a call the same day and again the next day were I was told to open a case at Police station of which I did on the 15 March and send it to the bank on the 16 March 2020. So the answer giving to seek a court order and the timeframe the bank waisted did thy managed to secure back the money as at that point in time I was told the money was not yet cleared so what assurance that the money they have secured or did they not do that.I will like this whole information the bank send me before I seek a lawyer to also provide same to him. What if the money was cleared any step the bank is investigating and again the bank provided me with the letter Absa send them to seek court order.
