All i need i proof f payments

Capitec offered me consolidated loan which allow me to settle other credits. I have been trying to contact Capitec on numerous occasion to get proof of payments for those credits with no luck. instead i get transferred from consultant to another and at the end the call just drop. i need proof of payments to close all those accounts that were paid for
