Airtime *****ERS

This is not the first time capitec has given me issues with airtime. My airtime wasn't processed and you guys generally get alot of complaints about airtime so why haven't you fixed the problem for years?... Regardless, im afraid to buy more airtime and i don't have any so i need you guys at Capitec to call me so you can fix this or process all my airtime transactions, thank you
