Airtime Purchases

A total ****. Bought R150 worth of airtime on the 5th of may but never got it. I was told to wait for a refund that would be processed within 48 hours. I called in in the 7th again and was told that I'd get my refund within another 48 hours. I'm still waiting even today. I've even went as far as speaking to management and was promised a refund that would be processed by the 16th but it was never processed.
