Airtime Purchase still pending after 10 days

I bought R120 airtime for another person on the app on the 20th and it still shows "pending". No airtime received by the recipient and no refund. I called and they said it will be in in 24hrs. I went to the branch and was told I must be patient. I've been waiting 10 days. Will I ever get that money back? The most frustrating thing is I just switched my salary to Capitec and now this is happening. Already regretting.
