Airtime Purchase Reversal

Hi,

I purchased R 1000,00 worth Of MTN airtime using my Capitec Bank App instead I initially wanted to buy R 100,00 worth of airtime. I called Capitec Bank Call Centre hoping that they will reversal this airtime but I was informed that the bank doesn’t do any reveals on airtime’s was advised to call the Network provider. I called the network provider (MTN) I was advised that they don’t do reversals on such transactions even though the airtime is in the Simcard.

Now Capitec Bank or MTN are failing to assist me, now I’m stack with airtime that have no use for it. Both Companies have benefited on this transaction whilst I the consumer left to suffer because either of them is willing to help.

None of this companies they don’t have clients best interest all they after is the Money.
