Airtime purchase (debit) without credit
So last week, i found myself using the capitec app to load sufficient amount of airtime. These guys go and debits money from my account and nothing gets credited to my mobile number. Followed up with them regarding this, the gave me a 48 hours SLA resolution estimation time. Till now nothing has been resolved. What kind of ****a shop is this😌
