Airtime not loaded but money taken from bank account

I'm so disappointed with the pathetic service I received from capitec bank. On the 29th May I made a purchase of airtime for the amount of R100 using their ussd. Unfortunately the airtime was not loaded, I expected the money to be refunded into my account. But no money was refunded and no airtime was loaded. On the 1st June I went to their vanderbijlpark brach where a case was logged for me with ref:(***8). As I write this review today on 22-06-20 still my money has not been credited into my bank account. I'm just so disappointed and angry at their service. I just want my R100 back into my account.
