Airtime not credited

Morning Capitec,

This morning I bought R 55 worth of data for my wife. Although the money was deducted from my account she never received the data. This also happned on the 25 June when I orderred her R 111 worth of data. Again the amount was deducted from my account but she never received the data.

Kindly investigate & credit my account with the R 55 & R 111.
