Airtime money deducted but not credited

I bought 22 rand Airtime on the 21st of October 2024 and it was not credited, then I had to contact Capitec via WhatsApp and I was told to wait 48 hours I waited and it was still not credited I requested to chat to an agent on the 24th of October then I was told to wait 72 hours my matter was still being investigated then I went back on the 29 October via WhatsApp they said my account will be credited within 48 hours until today I'm being sent from pillar to post because it's my money if it was their side they were gonna debit without even telling you..... Had the worst service from this bank it's full of ****** never bank with Capitec for a piece of mind, every time you chat to a different agent and they want a reference number which u were never given and have to explain your story every time it's tiring and embarrassing a big bank ****ming it's client of 22 rands
