Airtime error
<p>On the 14th of march I tried recharging my account but cellphone banking was temporarily unavailable. I then went to my local branch at Rosebank mall and the lady said I should receive the airtime in about 24hours, it didn't happen. I called the call centre and Sinead was able to help. Thank you Sinead for your assistance and friendliness. </p>
