Airtime bought via Eft

I bought vodacom airtime on the 29TH of Jan worth R50.00 while I was on my way to work. The money was deducted into my account but I never received airtime.

I then called immediately when i got to work about 8:00 am ( Reference no: ********** 9)and I was informed that they will investigate with the airtime contracted company and get back to me within 24 hrs.

I called again after 24 hrs but i did not have the reference stated above, i got another one( ********** 6). I called on Friday and today - same story. What is worse I'm using my works phone to make these calls, of which I must pay.
