Agism and Compuscan queries getting a credit card.

Since my last review I have still not heard anything from the bank. I am trying to get a credit card and after much to do they said all my references were fine and there should be no problem. I get there and after over an hour they tell me my company does not exist on compuscan because the company has not paid tax as that is how they get onto compuscan. This is utter nonsense as I know for a fact we pay Tax, VAT and Employment tax. This is another excuse. The first was agism - I was reportedly too old then after the first complaint the age was adjusted to 75 , now it is that the company I work for does not exist despite working for them for 7 years - mighty strange you may say. I was told that they would see about adding the company to compuscan but since the last debacle there has not been a peep out of Capitec. The manager of the branch Zandile got very upset that I complained but I did say that I would complain over the agism. It would appear that Capitec bank is now just for the young who can get loans etc. I do not want a loan just a credit card for online purchase to save going to shopping malls with Covid 19 still around due to co-morbidities. I expect to get a note to say they will contact me but I am not holding my breath.
