Pathetic bank. i contacted them because I had to do a chargeback for a merchant who refused to cancel my membership and they went ahead and disputed another merchant. When I called their call centre today agents were rude and dropped the call. One even flat out refused to help me. Bunch of *********** agents. I had to email their ceo about this insufficient *********** agents
