Again, still, faulty ATM

This is my fourth complaint lately on Hello Peter regarding the faulty ATM at MBT garage in Garsfontein Pretoria. It seems to me that Capitec does not care at all that the new ATM machine is still out of order since it was installed a few months ago. Capitec, i know that you rent the ATM from another company, but please do something about it that the machine is ALWAYS out of order. Surely you can put pressure on the company to rectify the problem with the ATM, or have it removed...........That incompetant company that Capitec use to rent faulty ATM machines gives Capitec Bank a bad name.
