Again... Proven USELESS!

<p>I have been trying to access my banking app, so I called the useless 0860 number spoke to Eugene and he told me he cannot give me my username. </p> <p> </p> <p>***? then what is the point of having a customer service team if you cannot do anything to help a client? the idiot tells me that I need to get the documents that was given to me the day I open the account and thats where I can get the username.</p> <p> </p> <p>Idiot what if I had lost it? what then? You telling me I cant get back into the app? not to mention that the cellphone banking number is just as useless can you can do ***** with it!</p> <p> </p> <p>my advice to anyone... GO TO ANY OTHER BANK DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE USELESS IDIOTS!</p>
