After a month my husband’s death policy claim is not processed Capitec is making excuses

This is my second rating. Capitec has not paid a claim from last month. They keep requesting documents when I sent them and the branch consultants send them they have petty complains “we didn’t receive “ or “police didn’t fill it in right” at this point I’m not sure if I should start looking for a lawyer to further this or maybe find social platforms to expose this behaviour… I’m really confused. ***
